The Practice
operates a ‘Practice-Based
Complaints procedure’ as part of the
NHS system for dealing with
complaints that may arise.
We hope that if you have a problem,
you will contact the Practice
Manager and in the event of her
being away from the Practice then
please ask to speak to a GP.
Our aim is to give you the highest
possible standard of service and we
try to deal swiftly with any
problems that may arise.
